President Asif Ali Zardari, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, PML-N President Nawaz Sharif, IPP Chairman Abdul Aleem Khan, PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, and PTI Chairman Barrister Gohar Ali Khan, along with other key political figures, offered Eid-ul-Fitr prayers in their respective hometowns.
President Asif Ali Zardari performed Eid prayers at Zardari House in Nawabshah, accompanied by National Assembly Deputy Speaker Syed Ghulam Mustafa Shah and Sindh Minister for Prisons Haji Ali Hassan Zardari. After the prayers, Zardari mingled with the attendees.
Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif offered Eid prayers in Model Town, Lahore, alongside Hamza Shehbaz and other party leaders. PML-N President Nawaz Sharif performed Eid prayers at Jati Umra.
Federal Minister for Communications and IPP President Abdul Aleem Khan prayed in Lahore and, in his Eid message, emphasized that Eid is a day to share joy with others. He urged prayers for Pakistan’s security and prosperity, stating, “If Pakistan prospers, we all prosper.”
PTI Chairman Barrister Gohar Ali Khan offered Eid prayers in Buner. He remarked that Eid celebrations remain incomplete without the release of PTI founder Imran Khan, expressing hope that by the next Eid, Imran Khan would be free and among them.
PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari and Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah performed Eid prayers at Garhi Khuda Bakhsh in Larkana. After the prayers, Bilawal greeted citizens and exchanged Eid wishes.
Senate Chairman Yousaf Raza Gillani offered Eid prayers in Multan, while former Senate Chairman Sadiq Sanjrani prayed in his hometown of Nokundi, where he also greeted people after the prayers.
Opposition Leader Omar Ayub Khan performed Eid prayers in his ancestral village of Rehana, Haripur, along with former Provincial Minister for Local Government Yousaf Ayub Khan. Both leaders later exchanged Eid greetings with the locals.
Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Sardar Ali Amin Khan Gandapur offered Eid prayers in his native district of Dera Ismail Khan, where special prayers were held for national security, prosperity, unity, and the strength of the Muslim Ummah.
Balochistan Chief Minister Mir Sarfaraz Ahmed Bugti performed Eid prayers at the CM House in Quetta, joined by Provincial Ministers Noor Muhammad Dummar and Bakht Kakar. Balochistan Assembly member Haji Ali Madad Jatak and IG Police Balochistan also attended the congregation.
In Karachi, Sindh Governor Kamran Tessori, Federal Minister Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui, and Farooq Sattar performed Eid prayers at Governor House. Meanwhile, Karachi Mayor Murtaza Wahab, Deputy Mayor Salman Murad, former Mayor Waseem Akhtar, National Assembly member Mirza Ikhtiar Baig, and Arshad Vohra attended the Eid congregation at Polo Ground.
