Disaster response teams of Rescue 1122 should also be kept on high alert. The stock of petrol and diesel should be in sufficient quantity for rescue operation.
He said to ensure the evacuation of the houses and cattle in the rivers and the provision of food, clean drinking water and other facilities should be ensured in the flood relief camp.
