US dollar gains ground against PKR in interbank trade

Te US dollar Tuesday gained seven paisas against the Pakistani rupee in interbank trading.

The new price of the American currency reached Rs278.70.

The KSE-100 index benchmark reached 77709, increasing 625 points on Tuesday's opening session.
