During the meeting, participants will receive a briefing on the screening of passengers and other preventive measures at airport entry points.
It has been decided that any aircraft arriving from abroad with a suspected monkeypox case will undergo thorough disinfection. The disinfection process will be carried out in a phased manner across all incoming flights.
Additionally, the airport manager announced that an awareness campaign will be launched to educate both staff and passengers about preventing the spread of the virus. This campaign will include a seminar to provide comprehensive information and guidelines.
