Star Pakistani fast bowler Mohammad Abbas has expressed his disappointment with Turkish Airlines following a troubling experience at Heathrow Airport.
Abbas, who recently participated in County Cricket, took to social media to share his concerns about what he described as "poor service" provided by the airline.
Pakistan right-arm seamer sensation recounted his ordeal, revealing that his scheduled flight had been the previous day, yet he found himself still stranded at the airport at the time of his post.
To make matters worse, Abbas mentioned that passengers were forced to endure a sweltering two-hour wait inside the plane without air conditioning.
In a candid social media post on X, Abbas didn't mince words: "Very bad experience at Heathrow Airport with Turkish Airlines. Poor service by the airline staff. My flight was yesterday, and I am still waiting," he wrote.

This unfortunate incident comes at a time when the airline industry is grappling with numerous challenges in the aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic. Customer satisfaction has become a pivotal concern for airlines as they seek to rebuild passenger trust and confidence.
It's worth noting that Abbas's cricketing prowess shone through during his stint with Hampshire in the County Championship division one, where he managed to take an impressive 53 wickets in 14 matches at an average of 20.05. Despite his sporting achievements, his recent encounter with Turkish Airlines has shed light on the importance of ensuring top-notch service for all passengers, regardless of their status or profession.
