Funeral prayers were held for martyrs of the Musa Khel tragedy in various cities in Punjab attended by their relatives, locals, Police, and law enforcement.
Borewala
The prayers were offered for Shahbaz Bhatti and Qadir at the Janazgah. A large number of citizens attended the funeral prayers.
Layyah
Ghulam Murtaza, who was also killed in Musakhel incident, had three children.
Mehboob Hussain, a resident of 140 TDA, had six children. Allah Bakhsh, a resident of 165 TDA, had five children. The victims were drivers of cargo vehicles.
Funeral prayers were also held for the four people martyred in the Musa Khel tragedy. Ghulam Murtaza, Muhammad Zameer, Mehboob Hussain, and Allah Bakhsh were buried in Chakok village.
A large number of police officers and residents participated in the funeral prayers. Among the deceased were two brothers. The deceased, Zameer Hussain, was set to be married in a few days.
Khanewal
Funeral prayers were held for two citizens martyred in the Musa Khel tragedy. A large number of residents attended the funeral prayers. Both were buried in a nearby village on 41 December.
Shaheed Nadeem and Zia were cousins. Nadeem and Zia had gone to Balochistan to buy grapes. On their return, terrorists killed them while they were in the car.
Musa Khel victims’ bodies desecrated in Balochistan, heirs claims
Two citizens of Multan are among the people who died in the firing of terrorists in Balochistan. When the dead bodies of the two people reached their ancestral home, there were emotional scenes in the area.
“Hafiz was a good child, he was the reciter of Quran, from here he went to Quetta to make a living, on his way back, this kind of thing happened where the government writ is not visible, the law of the jungle is the law of the jungle,” one of the relatives said.
Muhammad Waseem and Asif had gone to Quetta for business and were targeted by terrorists on their return.
Their relatives claimed that the bodies were desecrated as their bodies were lying in the hospital as if they had no heirs.
“When we went to pick them up, there were no flies on them. Everything was lying abandoned, but no government action, no government employee, no one came to help,” he said.
The heirs have appealed to the government to bring the terrorists to justice.
Taunsa Sharif
The funeral prayer of Mohammad Khan, who was a victim of terrorism in Kalat, was performed in his native area of Basti Gadi in Taunsa Sharif at Khad kocha.
Muhammad Khan went to Kalat for the recruitment in the Fortier constabulary (FC) — a paramilitary force in Balochistan.
Shaheed Muhammad Khan was the youngest of four brothers. The victim very eager to be a part of Pak Army, his brother told media persons.
Shaheed Mohammad Khan was going to recruit when he was martyred by the terrorists.
Toba Tek Singh
The bodies of two people, residents of Shaheed Toba Tek Singh (TTS), who were martyred in the Musa Khel tragedy in Balochistan, were transferred to their native areas.
There was a moment of sadness and chaos when the dead bodies of the martyred youths reached home towns.
The funeral prayer of Shaheed Muhammad Shahbaz was offered in the village in 295 GB.
The martyr was buried in Babriyanwala cemetery. The funeral of Shaheed Hamza Rafi will be held at 6 pm.
