Famous YouTuber Ducky Bhai, known for his 8.1 million followers, and his wife Aroob Jatoi, a fellow content creator, were briefly arrested by Lahore police.
The couple was taken into custody after posting content on social media that featured them brandishing weapons, which led to their questioning. Both are popular among young viewers in Pakistan, with Ducky Bhai often at the center of controversy due to his content.
In addition to the weapon-related post, they were also accused of raising anti-government slogans and showing support for the ongoing protests in the country. No official statement was made by the couple, but according to a Samaa TV reporter, they both blamed each other for uploading the controversial content.
The couple has since been released and is now back home.
