It appears that we'll know pretty much everything about the iPhone SE 4 by the time Apple launches it early next year. A comprehensive specifications sheet has now surfaced, detailing everything from RAM capacity to Wi-Fi connectivity.
This leak comes from well-known source @Jukanlosreve, so it's more than likely to be accurate - yet nothing is confirmed until the phone is officially released. Some of these specifications have already leaked, while others are fresh.
iPhone SE 4 specs
According to the specs sheet, the iPhone SE 4 will be powered by the A18 chipset (the same CPU seen in the iPhone 16 and iPhone 16 Plus). This is supposedly going to be coupled with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage.
Having the same chipset and RAM as the flagship iPhones is crucial for one reason: it means the iPhone SE 4 will be able to run all the AI tricks and capabilities that will be available as part of Apple Intelligence beginning next week.
We may expect a 6.06-inch OLED display with a resolution of 2532 x 1170 pixels. That is a significant improvement over the 4.7-inch LCD in the third-generation iPhone SE (2022), and (as previously anticipated) is comparable to the iPhone 14.
It means that the iPhone SE 4 will be the first in the series to forego the home button and Touch ID in favor of the more modern design of the most recent flagship iPhones. The phone appears to weigh 165 grams, which is little heavier than its predecessor's weight of 144 grams.
Other features include a single 48MP rear camera, a 12MP selfie camera, Wi-Fi 6, IP68 water and dust protection, and a 3,279mAh battery (up from 2,018mAh on the current model).
iPhone SE 4 price
According to this source, the iPhone SE 4 will start at $499, therefore we can expect a price increase from the previous price point of $429 / £419 / AU$719. The handset, along with several new iPads, is slated to arrive in early 2025 (March is the month indicated in the leak).
