Israeli settlers have been sharing videos on social media teasing Palestinians in Gaza who have been denied access to water, electricity, and internet by Israel.
Earlier, Israel's energy minister announced a cut-off of Gaza's electricity, water, and fuel unless Hamas releases Israeli hostages.
The WFP is on the ground providing assistance to thousands of people seeking shelter in schools and elsewhere in the territory.
However, Lander warned that food supplies will soon run out.
A video that went viral on different social media platforms shows an Israeli settler using water and other amenities.
The clip has been met with outrage from many people who have accused the settlers of being cruel and insensitive.
Internet users have also called for the videos to be removed from social media platforms.
