Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur met PTI founder in Adiala Jail, concluding a one-and-a-half-hour-long meeting.
According to sources, the meeting focused on political affairs and party matters.
Discussions were also held on various development projects in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Additionally, the decision to expel Sher Afzal Marwat from the party was deliberated upon, with a request for reconsideration.
Upon seeing PTI leaders at Jail Gate No. 5, Gandapur stepped out of his vehicle and held brief discussions with Musaddiq Abbasi, Haleem Adil Sheikh, Taimur Jhagra, and Adil Bazai. He also met Sohail Afridi and Samabaya Tahir for a short exchange.
During his arrival, Gandapur inquired from jail staff whether the listed PTI leaders had permission to meet the party founder, to which the jail staff confirmed that their names had been submitted for approval.
After the meeting, the KP Chief Minister departed from Adiala Jail.
Several PTI leaders arrived at Adiala Jail to meet the party founder. KP ministers Sohail Afridi and Mushtaq Ghani, along with Haleem Adil Sheikh and Brigadier (Retd.) Musaddiq Abbasi, reached the prison.
PTI’s female leader Samabaya Tahir and Taimur Jhagra also arrived, while party leader Adil Bazai joined them for the meeting.
