Who is RJ Mahvash?
Born in Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh, Mahvash Amu, popularly known as RJ Mahvash, is a social media influencer, radio presenter, and content creator. She gained fame for her witty and relatable videos on YouTube, often tackling social issues and promoting women’s empowerment.

A graduate of Aligarh Muslim University, Mahvash later pursued a Master’s in Mass Communication from Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi. She began her career as a radio jockey at Radio Mirchi before shifting her focus to social media, where she now boasts 1.7 million Instagram followers and over 800,000 YouTube subscribers.
Despite her rising popularity, Mahvash has stayed away from mainstream entertainment. She reportedly declined an offer to appear on Bigg Boss 14 and turned down Bollywood roles, choosing instead to prioritize her digital content career.

In addition to content creation, Mahvash has ventured into production. Last year, she confirmed her debut web series, produced by Yash Patnaik of The Archies fame. She also served as a producer for the upcoming Nawazuddin Siddiqui starrer, Section 108.

Speculations about Mahvash and Chahal’s relationship began in December 2024, after their Christmas celebration pictures with close friends went viral. With rumours further fueled by their appearance at the Champions Trophy final, Mahvash quickly shut down the gossip, calling it "baseless" and urging fans to respect her privacy.
Chahal also addressed the speculation, requesting fans not to spread false news, as it had been distressing for his family.
On the cricket front, Yuzvendra Chahal is set to play for Punjab Kings in IPL 2025, focusing entirely on his game amidst the ongoing media frenzy.
