The price of gold in Pakistan saw a massive drop on Saturday, reflecting global trends in the precious metals market.
On Saturday, the cost of 24-karat gold fell to Rs320,000 per tola after seeing a price drop of a massive Rs5,500.
Dealers reported a similar hike in the price of 10 grams of 24-karat gold, which has gone down by Rs4,714 to now trade at Rs274,348. Furthermore, the price of 10 grams of 22-karat gold also reported a decrease to trade at Rs251,494.
The price of 24-karat silver per tola is currently standing at Rs3,120 after a drop of Rs460. Internationally also, the gold price saw a decrease of $51, reaching $3,035 per ounce.
