Another polio case surfaced in the country, in the Bannu district on Friday.
According to details, the World Health Organisation (WHO) had confirmed that the total number of cases had reached eight in the ongoing year.
"This is the third polio case from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa," he said.
The second anti-polio drive will continue until April 27 in the country. Meanwhile, the third anti-polio drive will run from May 26 to June 1.
