An Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) Tuesday indicted PTI leaders Yasmin Rashid, Ejaz Chaudhry, and Rubina Jameel in a May 9 case of burning police vehicles and violence against the police.
All accused denied the crime. Lahore ATC summoned the witnesses on December 16 to record their statements.
It is pertinent to note that copies of the challan were distributed to the accused at the previous case hearing. ATC Judge Abhar Gul of the Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) heard the cases.
Two cases have been registered against the accused at Sarwar Road Police Station.
