Several shots were fired, and gangster Lawrence Bishnoi through a Facebook post boldly claimed responsibility for the utterly violent act.

In his message, Bishnoi wrote, "Don't expect Salman Khan or even Dawood to protect you. No one can. Your public response to Sidhu Moosewala's demise hasn't gone unnoticed. We're aware of Moosewala's connections and history."
