Sindh Governor Kamran Tessori on Wednesday called for the charter of democracy in a bid to strengthen the country’s economy.
Muttahida Qaumi Movement-Pakistan (MQM-P) senior leader Zahid Malik called on Mr. Tessori. On this occasion, both leaders exchanged views on the country’s political situation.
Mr Tessori and Mr Malik also shed light on the challenges faced by the masses.
The Sindh governor was of the view that all the political parties had to agree on the economic agenda.
Mr Malik also expressed his optimism that Mr Tessori will continue to play his positive role.

Sindh Governor Kamran Tessori and British Deputy High Commissioner Sarah Mooney on Monday exchanged views on investment opportunities in Sindh.
Ms Mooney called on Mr Tessori, during which the relations between Pakistan and the United Kingdom were also underscored.
Both Mr Tessori and Ms Mooney also shed light on the matter in line with the exchange of delegations in various fields between the two countries.

In connection with his recent meeting with Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) supremo Nawaz Sharif in London, Sindh Governor Kamran Tessori on Friday underscored the importance of dialogues with political and non-political stakeholders.
Addressing a press conference in Karachi, Mr Tessori expressed his thoughts in line with the city, saying, "We will not let anybody harm Karachi anymore."
He made it clear that strict action would be taken against the mafia. "The crackdown will be launched against the mafia. The mafia will not be allowed to escape."
