Manjot Singh, known for his role in the film "Animal," has gained attention for a heroic act captured in an old viral video, where he prevented a young girl from committing suicide.
Before making his mark in the entertainment industry, Manjot was a fourth-year BTech student at Sharda University in Greater Noida, long before his acting career took flight. It was during this phase of his life that he performed a courageous deed that averted a tragic incident involving an eighteen-year-old girl.
The incident unfolded at Sharda Hospital, where the girl, reportedly in turmoil with her mother, found herself perched on the second-floor terrace ledge, contemplating jumping. Manjot swiftly arrived at the scene and managed to grasp the girl's arm just in time. With the assistance of two others who rushed to help, they collectively pulled her back to safety.

Recalling the intense moment, Manjot, originally from Jammu, mentioned the girl's resistance to any intervention, even refusing counsel or requests to step away from the edge. Engaging her in conversation, he tried to understand her distress, learning about her altercation with her mother. Despite his efforts, as he moved closer, the girl attempted to jump.
