During an informal conversation with the media person on the occasion of the swearing-in of the federal cabinet, the information minister Muhammad Aurangzeb avoided answering questions about the deal with the IMF.
The newly elected unity government has a magnanimous challenge to deal with the International Monitory Fund (IMF).
“2024 is a difficult year economically. A lot has been said {on issues} but now is the time for action,” federal minister Muhammad Aurangzeb.
She said the government will use all its energies to get Pakistan out of its economic problems.
Federal Minister Muhammad Aurangzeb refused to answer the question related to IMF. “In the next two or three days, I will take a briefing and review the situation,” he told media persons.

The oath-taking ceremony was held on Monday afternoon at the President's House, which was also attended by Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, among others.
