Saudi Arabia’s Minister of Defense, His Royal Highness Prince Khalid bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, graced Pakistan Day celebrations with his presence, strengthening the enduring bond between the two nations.
According to Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), upon his arrival at Noor Khan Air Base, he was warmly welcomed, signifying the deep-rooted friendship between Saudi Arabia and Pakistan.
As a special guest of honor at the Joint Pakistan Day Parade of the Armed Forces, Prince Khalid witnessed the impressive display of unity and military prowess. His participation underscored the historic and robust brotherly relations shared between the two countries.
During a meeting with Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Syed Asim Munir, discussions centered on mutual interests, bilateral relations, and enhanced cooperation, particularly in defense matters.
The Saudi Defence Minister reaffirmed the longstanding friendship between the two countries, emphasizing their unwavering support for each other.
Expressing gratitude for the warm reception, he thanked Army Chief for the invitation to attend the Pakistan Day Parade. The visit culminated in a successful exchange of goodwill, further solidifying the enduring ties between Saudi Arabia and Pakistan.
Concluding his day long visit to Pakistan, Prince Khalid bin Salman left for home. He was bid farewell by the Army Chief at Noor Khan Air Base.
