Like the rest of the country, Pakistan Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm in Balochistan and ceremonies were organized in all small and big cities of the province.
In Turbat, the second largest city of Balochistan, the Pakistan flag was hoisted at the Deputy Commissioner's Office of Turbat and prayers were offered for the development and security of the country.
FC Public School Turbat organized programs to mark the day in which children presented national songs. A grand function was also organized at Government Girls Degree College Turbat.
The students of Girls Cadet College Turbat visited the FC headquarters where they saw a display of weapons and offered prayers to the martyrs.
At Dunk's school, Makran Scouts presented songs, speeches and tableaus written by children. Prizes were also distributed by FC to the participants of the program.
On the occasion of Pakistan Day a function was organized by Dasht Scouts in the school of Balingur, in which the first flag hoisting ceremony was held, after which the children presented national songs and speeches.
At the Border Chidgi of Panjgur, the public and FC Balochistan (South) Panjgur Rifles jointly organized a program to mark the day and took out a vehicle rally involving businessmen and local people associated with the border.
A ceremony was also held at Cadet College Kharan, with Commandant Kharan as the chief guest. The event began with the Quran being recited. During the event, college students gave speeches honouring the national leaders and remembering their sacrifices.
An event was also organized by Dalbandin Rifles in which the event started with a flag hoisting ceremony followed by a rally by the FC officials for the public. Furthermore, a weapon expo and a cricket tournament were also organized for the school students.
Various programs were also organized by Taftan Rifles in which local children spent the day with FC.
