T20 skipper Shaheen Shah Afridi said that the cricket team consisted of eleven players and everyone has to play and perform and emphasized captain was not only responsible for defeat.
“A captain should be friendly with everyone, can't teach anyone the stick attitude,” Shaheen Afridi said.
He revealed that he was asked to have a strict attitude but questioned how it would help in training new players.
Shaheen Afridi said that players should be given confidence and they become cricketers only by their skills.
