The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has recently revamped its processing timeline for urgent Computerized National Identity Cards (CNICs), slashing the delivery period to a remarkable 15 days, without any additional charges.
Previously marred by lengthy processing times of up to 23 days, now the authority has slashed the delivery period to a remarkable 15 days, without any additional charges.
Under the revamped protocol, individuals can now submit urgent CNIC applications at any NADRA office with the assurance of receiving their cards within the expedited timeframe.
On the other hand, Nadra has also introduced a revised fee structure to ensure transparency and fairness in service delivery.
Effective this month, applicants will be charged Rs750 for a standard ID card, while opting for urgent processing incurs a fee of Rs1500. Furthermore, individuals seeking executive ID cards will be charged Rs2500, reflecting the premium services offered.
These comprehensive measures underscore NADRA's proactive stance towards enhancing customer satisfaction and modernizing service delivery mechanisms. By reducing processing times and introducing transparent fee structures, NADRA aims to instill confidence among applicants while ensuring a seamless experience throughout the CNIC issuance process.
