Pakistan former all-rounder Mohammad Hafeez on Friday bashed Etihad Airways for "poor service with zero customer care.".
Taking to X (formerly Twitter), Hafeez said: "I started my journey from New York (JFK) to Lahore on March 26.”
“On my arrival in Lahore, when I received my luggage, I noticed my suit case was damaged and my valuable items and gifts were stolen from the bag," the former Pakistan team director added.
"I complained to the Etihad counter at Lahore airport in detail, but there was no reply from them, and the customer service cell no is not in operation. Poor service with zero customer care," Hafeez said.
