Pakistan women cricketer Bismah Maroof on Thursday decided to bid farewell to international cricket.
According to details, Maroof said: "I am deciding to bid adieu to the sport, which I like a lot. My journey in cricket is quite memorable."
She acknowledged the role of the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) and fans in her career, saying, "The PCB, companions, family, and fans have always supported me."
Maroof had represented Pakistan in WODIs in 136 matches and compiled 3369 runs with an average of 29.55.
In 140 WT20Is, Maroof scored 2893 runs with an average of 27.55.
