Babar Azam-inspired Pakistan will look to draw the T20I series 2-2 after having tough outings against "depleted" New Zealand at the Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore today (Saturday).
After emerging victorious in the 2nd T20I at the Pindi Cricket Stadium in Rawalpindi, the home side had to face defeats against Michael Bracewell-led New Zealand in the 3rd T20I and 4th T20I.
The cricket experts had expressed their concerns with the team performances, as opener Saim Ayub and white-ball captain Babar Azam had not delivered their best in the series so far.
Meanwhile, Usman Khan, who had lost his UAE contract to represent the country of his birth, scored 28 runs with an average of 9.33 in three innings (out of four T20Is).
Apart from the batting, the team was concerned in both the bowling and fielding departments.
