Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Chairman Barrister Gohar has announced that his party is ready to talk to everyone, adding that they have made their stance on negotiations clear, while a committee has also been formed for this purpose.
Addressing the media outside the sessions court in Islamabad, along with party Secretary General Omar Ayub, and later outside Adiala Jail in Rawalpindi, Gohar said, however, that so far there was no intention to negotiate with anyone. He further said that the PML-N, PPP and MQM had the PTI's mandate, but added that there should be negotiations with political parties.
The PTI chief stressed that negotiation did not mean power-sharing, adding that Imran Khan believed in public politics rather than power-sharing. "The PTI founder has said he is ready to forgive the injustice done to him, but will not compromise on what happened to their workers and the public,” Gohar said.

Furthermore, he said all the institutions would have to change, and the fundamental rights of the court would be protected. "Every criminal should be punished," he maintained, adding that all the actions taken against the PTI would be annulled by the courts.
Addressing the issue of the deputy prime minister's post, Gohar highlighted that it is not constitutionally recognized and was created by President Asif Ali Zardari without legal basis. He criticized the opposition for unjust actions against the PTI and vowed that justice would prevail through the courts.
Speaking outside Adiala Jail, Gohar rejected the reports that there were any backdoor talks going on with anyone. "We are not negotiating with anyone or have scheduled negotiations with anyone," he insisted, adding that they would inform the media the day the talks take place.
He further said that either him or Imran Khan would announce the negotiations, adding that a committee had been formed for negotiations.
Furthermore, the PTI chairman said the party had no policy for an NRO to anyone, adding that Imran Khan would decide about the return to the party of those who had left it. He stressed that no one else had the authority to decide about the returning party member but the party founder.
