Abu Bakar Mahmood scored a penalty corner to pave the way for Pakistan to draw a dead-rubber against New Zealand in the 30th edition of the Azlan Shah Cup on Friday.
According to details, New Zealand took the lead with a field goal by Luke Holmes. But it was Mahmood who ensured that Pakistan remained unbeaten in the tournament.
The Green Shirts had managed to secure victories in three matches and went on to draw two matches.
Sufiyan Khan bagged man of the match award.
Pakstan will lock horns against Japan in the final of the Azlan Shah Cup on May 11.
