The return of Hajj 2024 pilgrims from Jeddah to Quetta has commenced with the arrival of two Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) flights today.
A total of 299 pilgrims landed at Quetta International Airport, marking the beginning of the post-Hajj flight operations.
The flights, which departed from Jeddah, were met with a warm reception as family members and airport staff gathered to welcome the returning pilgrims. This operation is part of the broader effort to facilitate the safe and efficient return of all Pakistani Hajj pilgrims to their respective hometowns.
According to airport officials, the return operation is running smoothly with strict adherence to all necessary protocols to ensure the safety and comfort of the pilgrims.
“We have coordinated with various agencies to ensure a hassle-free experience for the returning Hajjis,” an official from the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) stated.
PIA officials have also confirmed that the flight operation will continue seamlessly, with the last flight under this year’s Hajj operation scheduled to arrive in Quetta on July 10.
