Banks across Pakistan are scheduled to observe a three-day closure starting from Saturday through Monday, as announced by the State Bank.
This closure includes Monday, which marks the beginning of the new financial year and will be observed as a bank holiday.
Regular weekly holidays on Saturday and Sunday will also be observed during this period. While bank staff will be present for administrative purposes on Monday, there will be no public dealing.
Customers are advised to plan their banking activities accordingly, considering the closure period. The temporary shutdown aims to facilitate administrative adjustments and ensure operational readiness for the new fiscal year.
