The Women's Vocational Training Center in Miranshah, North Waziristan, recently concluded its fifth batch of training courses. The center, operated under Pakistan Army, awarded degrees to 104 female students upon completion of their six-month training program.
The curriculum included traditional skills such as sewing, embroidery, and knitting, as well as modern computer sciences through the DigiSkills platform. Students showcased their newly acquired skills through an exhibition of handmade artworks, which received appreciation from attendees.
In addition to TEVTA certificates, sewing machines were distributed to all graduates. Computer class students received laptops, while DigiSkills provided additional certifications.
