Ali Amin Gandapur, Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP), praised China's impressive advancements, hailing it as a global role model.
In his speech, he emphasised that China has become a key economic center on the global stage due to their hard work and talent.
The KP CM referred to a report from the Chinese Embassy suggesting the potential for allotting government land in KP for a new setup, enhancing relations between the province and China. He stressed the significance of patriotism in fostering passion and dedication within individuals.
Gandapur also praised Pakistani athlete Arshad Nadeem, recognizing him as a role model for young people. He commended Nadeem's persistence and excitement, resulting in him winning a prestigious medal on the global platform.
He urged the public to increase tree planting, emphasizing the environmental advantages and the importance of community participation in these efforts.
The KP CM voiced his displeasure with the governor’s performance, accusing him of not taking an engaged role. He commented that the governor appears disinterested in carrying out his duties, even hinting that his selection was an error.
CM Gandapur highlighted the significance of the mining sector in KP, stating that it could serve as the province's main economic driver. He emphasized the importance of passing the Mineral Bill to fully exploit the sector's capabilities.
He criticised government officials, singling out Mariam Kotak, and blamed certain leaders for prioritizing social media over governing. He expressed sorrow over the purported theft of the mandate in Punjab, noting that those in authority are now prioritizing creating TikTok videos over serving the community.
In a show of individual backing, he disclosed intentions to gather contributions from friends in order to reward Arshad Nadeem for his accomplishments. He made it clear that he is unable to offer any money from government funds, but suggested that others give from their personal funds to celebrate the athlete’s achievement.
