A leaked audio recording has surfaced, revealing a conversation between former Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) Director General Lt. Gen. (R) Faiz Hameed and former Pakistan Electronic Media Regulatory Authority (PEMRA) Chairman Absar Alam.
