The week-long joint military exercise between Pakistan and Indonesia, known as Alling Strike Two, has successfully concluded at the National Center for Counter-Terrorism in Pubi.
According to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), this was the second collaborative effort between the two countries, aiming to enhance their forces' counter-terrorism capabilities.
Alling Strike Two began on September 8 and focused on exchanging knowledge, skills, and training between the armed forces of Pakistan and Indonesia. The exercise was designed to strengthen cooperation and sharpen the tactical abilities of both nations in the fight against terrorism.
The closing ceremony was attended by the General Commanding Officer (GCO) of the 17 Division, who served as the chief guest, alongside Indonesian Defense Attaché Colonel Budi Vermin.
The event highlighted the professional performance of the soldiers, with the participants showcasing their expertise in complex anti-terrorism scenarios.
“The joint exercise demonstrated high standards of professionalism from the personnel involved, reaffirming the commitment of both countries to combat terrorism and enhance regional security,” the military’s media wing added.
