Pakistan wicketkeeper Sarfaraz Ahmed was among the other four cricketers to pass the fitness tests.
Sources divulged on Thursday that the other three players who passed the fitness tests—Noman Ali, Zahid Mahmood, and Saud Shakeel—had also passed the fitness test.
All four players had successfully managed to complete the distance in stipulated time.
Pakistan are scheduled to take on England in the three-match home series, slated to start on October 7 in Multan.
England will lock horns against the Green Shirts with great confidence as they dismantled Pakistan by 3-0 back in 2022, which was also the revenge of 3-0 by Pakistan against them in 2012 in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
Meanwhile, Shan Masood is having the great opportunity to not only just revive his confidence but of the entire team, especially after the shortcomings against Bangladesh in Rawalpindi.
England braced for the challenge as they already touched down Pakistan to take on the Shan Masood-led side.
