Pakistan has expressed its commitment to continue supporting the enhancement of the Saudi forces.
A press release from the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) announced on Saturday that a bilateral defense industrial forum was held on Saturday in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The Pakistani delegation was led by Lieutenant General Muhammad Owais Dashtgir, Chief of General Staff, while the Saudi side was headed by Deputy Defense Minister Engineer Talal bin Abdullah.
The ISPR report highlighted that the Saudi delegation praised Pakistan’s achievements and sacrifices in the fight against terrorism, acknowledging the efforts of the Pakistani military in promoting regional peace and stability.
During the forum, discussions also encompassed global and regional security challenges, emphasising the importance of ongoing collaboration between the two nations in addressing these issues.
