Noman Ali (1-9) and Sajid Khan (1-27) have picked up one wicket each to put the visitors to the Test in their 2nd innings on the day four in the second Test at the Multan Cricket Stadium in Multan on Thursday.
Sajid Khan continued the terrific form from the first innings in the second one and removed Ben Duckett, without troubling the scorecard.
Zak Crawley (3) was removed by Noman Ali.
Ollie Pope (21) and Joe Root (12) will start the proceedings for England on 36-2 in the final day, as England now needs 261 runs.
Earlier, Salman Agha, Saud Shakeel and Sajid Khan have provided some impetus to the Pakistan’s innings, as the visitors had posted a 297-run target on day three in second Test at the Multan Cricket Stadium in Multan on Thursday.
Agha was brilliant with the bat and creamed five boundaries and one six in his 89-ball 63. Meanwhile, Sajid Khan had scored crucial 43-ball 22 before Pakistan were bowled out for 221 inside 60 overs.
Earlier in the day, England were bundled out for 291, with Sajid Khan picking up seven wickets. Noman Ali had picked up three wickets.
Other bowlers had remained wicketless.
The highlight of England’s first innings was Ben Duckett’s 129-ball 114.
