The Pakistan Army is a symbol of national unity, composed of young officers from various regions and backgrounds across the country.
Among the newly commissioned officers from the Pakistan Military Academy are the children of martyrs and cadets from far-flung areas, each with a unique story of perseverance and dedication.
One of the proud graduates, Company Senior Under Officer Muhammad Adnan, the son of Shaheed Havaldar Muhammad Naveed, expressed his determination to follow in his father’s footsteps. “My father sacrificed his life in 2016 defending our country at the Line of Control. At just 13 years old, I vowed to join the Pakistan Army to protect my homeland,” said Adnan. He urged the children of martyrs to work hard and play their role in serving the nation.
Cadet Husnain Musa Khan, from a tribal region, shared his message of encouragement: “My message to tribal youth is to move forward, work hard, and join the Pakistan Army to serve our country. Your role in defending the nation is crucial.”
Balochistan’s Battalion Quarter Master, Sergeant Muhammad Aswad, whose father was a government employee, also graduated from the academy. “I encourage the youth of remote areas in Balochistan to come forward and contribute to the defence of the country,” he said.
From Gilgit-Baltistan, Cadet Sibtain Abbas, son of a retired Subedar, added, “I want the youth, especially from remote areas, to keep working hard. Allah will pave the way for your success.”
