President Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif condemned on Wednesday the terrorist attack in Ankara.
According to details, President Zardari stated, "Pakistan understands the pain and suffering of such barbaric acts," emphasizing that the country stands firmly with its Turkish brothers and sisters in this difficult time. He extended his condolences to the families of those who lost their lives and prayed for the swift recovery of the injured.
He highlighed the global nature of terrorism, saying, "Terrorism is a global challenge. Pakistan has faced it, and terrorists are enemies of peace and humanity. Joint global efforts are essential to eradicate the scourge of terrorism."
Meanwhile, PM Shehbaz also expressed deep sorrow over the Ankara attack, stating, "I offer my heartfelt sympathies to my brother, Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, and the people of Turkey. Pakistan fully stands in solidarity with our Turkish brothers and sisters."
