Former Pakistan captain Younis Khan said on Saturday he is always ready to serve cricket and Karachi.
Expressing his thoughts on the sidelines of the launching ceremony of the Karachi Premier League, Khan said: “I had played U 14, U 16 and U 19 from Karachi. When I used to play first-class cricket, it was difficult to make a room in the Karachi team.”
“The KPL can be a turning point for grassroots cricket,” said Khan.
He hoped that the county would find “good” talent from the KPL.
The tournament will kick off on November 1.
