The ICC Champions Trophy reached on Thursday the federal capital city on Thursday after touring different parts of Pakistan.
According to details, the trophy was exhibited in Islamabad's local mall. On this occasion, the cricket fans welcomed the trophy with verve.
The highly anticipated tournament is slated to happen from February 19, with hosts Pakistan locking horns against New Zealand.
The Green Shirts will also look to defend the title of the previous one held in England back in 2017, when Fakhar Zaman, Faheem Ashraf, Shadab Khan, and Hasan Ali, among the senior players, showed prowess.
Separately, the International Cricket Council (ICC) has unveiled the list of match officials for the highly anticipated ICC Men’s Champions Trophy 2025.
