A local court has adjourned the bail hearing of the accused in the minor maid Fatima’s murder case till February 15. The hearing took place in the court of the Additional Sessions Judge-IV.
The case involves the alleged murder of Fatima due to violence in Pir Ki Haveli, Ranipur. The main accused, Pir Asad Shah, his wife Hina Shah, father-in-law Pir Fayyaz Shah, and the haveli’s doctor, Imtiaz, are arrested.
During the hearing, relatives of the accused and several others were present, hoping for a bail decision. However, the court postponed the proceedings.
Fatima’s father, Nadeem Farro, stated, "We have not reconciled and have faith in the court. Whatever decision the court makes, we will accept it."
Tensions ran high outside the court as unknown individuals attempted to stop Fatima’s parents from speaking to the media. This led to a heated moment where Fatima’s father confronted one person, while her mother was forcibly taken away from the scene.
