The All Pakistan Workers Alliance has announced a nationwide protest against the dismissal of daily wage employees of the Utility Stores Corporation.
According to details, the protest will take place tomorrow across the country. The Central Secretary General of the All Pakistan Workers Alliance, Arif Shah, stated that employees in the Islamabad zones will demonstrate in front of the head office, while other workers will gather in front of press clubs in their respective regions.
Shah further stated that if the decision to dismiss daily wage employees is not reversed, the Alliance will announce further actions.
The workers have also hinted at closing Utility Stores across the country and staging sit-ins.
