Earthquake tremors were felt in several areas of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, creating panic among residents. According to the Seismological Center, the earthquake registered a magnitude of 4.1 on the Richter scale, with its epicenter in Swat.
The tremors were particularly strong in Malakand, Shangla, Swat, and nearby regions, prompting people to rush out of their homes and buildings in fear.
According to Rescue 1122, no reports of casualties or damage have been received from any part of the province so far.
Authorities are monitoring the situation closely and have urged citizens to remain calm and follow safety protocols in case of aftershocks.
