Pakistan interim head coach Aaqib Javed vowed on Saturday to play with full strength against the arch-rivals India in the forthcoming fifth match of the Champions Trophy at the Dubai stadium on Sunday.
Addressing a press conference in Dubai, Javed said: "India are having a plan to play with up 4-5 spinners. Pakistani players are pretty much aware of the Dubai conditions."
He said, "All of the Pakistani players are familiar with the Dubai conditions, as they played franchise cricket, including the Pakistan Super League (PSL)."
"All the players have the opportunity to perform in the India-Pakistan matches," said Javed.
The interim coach expressed optimism about the "balance" in the Pakistan squad, saying, "Our team is pretty much balanced."
"We have elected the time with great clarity. It is necessary to copycat the other teams," he said.
"It is the duty of the players to handle the pressure during the India-Pakistan clash," said Javed.
He said, "It is the beauty of cricket that nobody knows who will emerge victorious in tomorrow's match."
Javed highlighted the absence of injured Fakhar Zaman, saying, "Fakhar Zaman was our match-winner."
"It is a good omen that the India-Pakistan clash is all about passion," he said.
He added, "The crowd is always looking to watch a good game of cricket, so whoever plays quality cricket will be applauded."
"The environment is quite crucial for any of the matches," he said.
"We will play according to the conditions and pitch," Javed stated.
He maintained, "Playing in the ODI format does not mean to approach the game like the T20 cricket."
"Maintaining the fitness is one of the biggest challenges in ODI cricket, especially after 40 overs," Javed said.
