Abu Dhabi Crown Prince Sheikh Khalid bin Muhammad bin Zayed Al Nahyan arrived in Islamabad on an official visit, accompanied by a high-level delegation.
The visit aims to strengthen bilateral ties, focusing on investment, economic, and trade cooperation between the two nations.
Upon his arrival at Nur Khan Airbase, the distinguished guest was warmly received by President Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif at the airport. The leaders exchanged greetings and expressed their commitment to enhancing relations between Pakistan and the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
Later, the Abu Dhabi crown prince arrived at the PM House for high-level discussions. He was accompanied by Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and Defense Minister Khawaja Asif.
Sheikh Khalid bin Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan was presented with a guard of honour. Federal ministers were also present to welcome the distinguished guest.

During the visit, Sheikh Khalid bin Muhammad is scheduled to meet with the president and the prime minister to discuss key areas of collaboration. Several agreements are expected to be signed to boost economic and trade partnerships between the two countries.
In recognition of his contributions to strengthening Pakistan-UAE relations, the Abu Dhabi crown prince will be awarded 'Nishan-e-Pakistan', the country’s highest civilian honour.
