Indian skipper Rohit Sharma is ready to become the first captain to spearhead in the finals of all the International Cricket Council (ICC) events.
According to details, Rohit had captained India in the finals 2023 World Cup, World Test Championship and ICC T20 World Cup 2024.
Now, Rohit is eying to captain India in the final of the Champions Trophy 2025 against New Zealand at the Dubai stadium, slated to be happen tomorrow.
It is pertinent to note that Sharma and Virat Kohli, were both facing criticism ahead of the Champions Trophy due to facing patches during the Border-Gavaskar Trophy and New Zealand Test series.
But before the Champions Trophy, Sharma gained form by notching a century against England in the second ODI.
Moreover, Kohli had silenced his critics by smashing a brilliant century against Pakistan during the Champions Trophy game at the Dubai stadium on Sunday.
