President of Istehkam-e-Pakistan Party (IPP) and Federal Minister for Communications Abdul Aleem Khan, emphasized the significance of Pakistan Day, stating that it conveys a message of unity and national solidarity to the entire nation.
He highlighted that the passage of the Pakistan Resolution on March 23, 1940, paved the way for the creation of Pakistan. "As a nation, we need the same spirit of unity, brotherhood, and harmony today," he remarked.
The federal minister stressed the importance of national pride in overcoming the challenges facing the country. "We must commit to eliminating the threats posed by anti-state conspiracies and terrorism," he asserted.
He further urged the people to stand by national institutions and play their role in safeguarding the motherland as a united nation. "Pakistan exists, so we exist—we must strive to make our country greater," he added.
Abdul Aleem Khan also underscored the need to educate the younger generation about the historical significance of March 23, 1940.
