Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) has forecasted hot and dry weather in Karachi during the Eid holidays.
According to the Met Office, the city's maximum temperature is expected to range between 35 to 37 degrees Celsius during Eid. In the morning, hot and dry northwesterly winds may prevail, while sea breezes are likely to resume in the evening. The PMD also warned that temperatures in Karachi may rise further from April 4.
Meanwhile, most parts of the country will experience dry and warm weather today, with similar conditions expected in major cities, including Karachi, Quetta, Lahore, Islamabad, and Peshawar over the next 24 hours.
In Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan, the weather is expected to remain dry.
Islamabad will also experience hot and dry conditions today, with temperatures likely to increase further. The same weather pattern is expected to persist throughout Eid.
