Former all-rounder Shahid Afridi on Friday reacted to the appointment of Mohammad Hafeez as the team’s head coach for the Australia tour.
Expressing his thoughts on Samaa TV, Afridi said: “The coaching role is quite a different job. But it will be fine if Hafeez is assigned the duty of coaching for one tour.”
“Let’s see what happens following the Australia tour,” he added.
Afridi was of the view that it is better to pursue a career in coaching on the domestic circuit.
