Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam Fazl (JUI-F) chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman said on Saturday that the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) had "misguided" the country's youth.
Expressing his thoughts in Bahawalpur, Rehman said, "The PTI leaders are now escaping. We had said the PTI is not a political party. We had bludgeoned the person who is now behind bars.
"We got to respect our country in a bid to uplift it," he said.
Rehman asserted, "The JUI-F has left no stone unturned to raise its voice on the issues pertaining to Palestine, Kashmir, and Burma."

"Today, innocent people have been subjected to violence. The people of Palestine are fighting for the sake of getting independence," he said.
– Stable govt –
Rehman on Sunday said that the country needs a stable government to drag it out of the quagmire.
Addressing the public gathering in Murree, Rehman said: “I had already said ahead of the no-confidence motion that the newly-formed government [PDM] could not steer the country out of the economic quagmire. However, the Pakistan Democratic Movement’s (PDM) government had saved the country from default.”
Rehman maintained: “The challenges in the country still prevail. The Economic stability and law and order are vital to running the country in an organised way".
